Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates: We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S. Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking: We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your package and estimate its arrival date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Wicked Candles Co., we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged (e.g., a broken container), we are more than happy to replace it with an identical product.

 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at thewickedcandlesco@gmail.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the box, showing all protective packaging materials

  • A photo of the shipping label on the box

 

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address. In such cases, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim. These issues fall under the responsibility of the carrier and are beyond our control.
